Reunion Show - Live Blog

Hi guys, well it's my final BB blog for this year...

But we're here live for the reunion show and to have a good natter about the housemates now they've escaped the house!

SHOW STARTS:

Oh no, Zee, Zee, Zoo, Zoo's there... leg it!
Oh here's the housemates and George, Phew!
Guess we can stick around eh?

God half of them don't look much different, you could have scrubbed yourselves up a bit guys..

We see the footage of our winner (Rachel) and she's pleased as punch when she steps off the stage. "That's been the best time of my life! Thank you so much!"

Good lord I just spotted Maysoon, remember her?

Mikey is still wearing his leopard skin jacket...
and Mario and Lisa are chilling on the couch...
It's like they never left!

Darnell is introduced and after looking for acceptance, he finally admits that 'people' must like him. "I class myself as one of the biggest winners!"

LOL! Darnell has just explained 'the skirt'. "Well I came in here not knowing that it was a fashion show. I didn't have anything fancy to leave in, so I picked something out and the housemates hooked me up". Darnell repeats that he classes himself as a winner... "I came in the house to prove that I was an individual..." George asks about his releationship with Sara and asks is she 'winding him up' - "I hope not," he adds... "Me and Sara have a great relationship and to take something like that away from the house would be great".

Grrrr! Stupid Keith Lemon moment (refusing to type as can't stand him).

AAAAAAAAAGGGGHHH! Rex has had a haircut! All the croissant jokes must have got to him eh?

Eugh! They've managed to get Mario and Lisa back in the bath! They're both there in the mitts - LOL! George asks if they've set a date for the wedding and Mario shakes his head. "We're gonna celebrate the engagement first and then go from there... Why don't you hop in and join us!"

Rexypoo is up next and George confirms that he IS the executive chef for THREE restaurants. We see Rex dance around during his time in the house singing 'I'm the best chef in the world'. He really was funny guys! They show all of his classic put downs and I have to admit, I can't help but laugh out loud. We say him reel off golden snaps like, 'shut yout cake hole'. 'I'll hurt you and you'll want to die' and 'you miserable git Nicole!' - ace! George is gutted to confirm that after calling him 'ginger' for so long, Rex is actually strawberry blonde. Rex is chuffed to bits when George hands over a golden spoon award (just for him) after he missed out on one during the cooking task.

Sara's up next and George spends more time telling her to chill and speak softly. She's SO overexcited and really loud! George introduces the footage of her winning the £25,000. She grins from ear to ear and reveals that she's gonna fly her sister Britney over to see her from Oz. George laughs and suggests 'singing lessons' - he introduced the footage of the 'rap' (if that's what we can call it) - she cringes... It's car crash TV.

He asks about Darnell, but she says he has 'a girl' and when she admits she likes Stu and Ricky from the show 'Shipwrecked', Stu has little to say when George shouts over to him...

Regardless of this snub, Sara is overjoyed when George introduces a surprise message... It's Ricky from Shipwrecked!

"Hi Sara, I hear that you're a fan of the show Shipwrecked and you have a bit of a crush on me. Well I've been watching Big Brother and I know you've not been lucky in love, but I have a crush on you! I've given George my number and maybe we can have a drink sometime..." Result eh Sara! Jobs a goodun!

LOL, Mikey squirts George with Mr Quack Quack and tells him that regardless of the papers ranting on about a 'photo finish' between him and Rachel, he's pleased that Rachel won as she's his best friend in the house. George asks him how he managed to receive the least nominations and Mikey shakes his head. "I have no idea because all I did was speak my mind". As an open-crossdresser, Mikey reveals that his favourite moments were dressing up and feeling people to find out what they were wearing and what they look like. The interview ends with footage of the sprout eating... Nuff said! George hands Mikey a bowl of sprouts as a gift and Mikey Bites into one with vigor. "Eugh! Did Rex cook these? They're rock 'ard!"

HERE'S LUKE! WOOHOO! It makes me laugh you know, they've pulled him into the diary room to reward him as his ringtone has been downloaded the most. Lukes tone has been sent through the ether over 100,000 times! What a wad for Channel 4 eh? Oh look, they've given him a lamp base sprayed gold with a bow. What a swizz! I wonder how much cash flooded in from those downloads? Housemates should get a percentage!

Oooh goody... Stuart and Dale with their tops off! Stuart thanks Zee, Zee, Zoo, Zoo for paying attention to their intellectual side... I can't say I blame them, they must be sick of geting their pecks out!

Finally we have Rachel. She watches the 'Disney' character footage of herself and she admits she was bothered by people calling her fake at the start, but by the end she was fine with it. George asks Rex about calling Rachel 'the most boring housemate' and surprisingly Rex says he wants to give Rachel some slack for winning. Good for you Rex! George insists that Rachel IS rock and roll and shows footage of her asking the other housemates to go shopping with her to the supermarket??? Mmmm... exciting? No... But she won people - One hundred grand! So there!

Rachel reveals that she's going to pay her debts off and her university fees. She is also going to give £10,000 to charity and you just know the papers will be watching her until she does... You make that promise and you have to do it.

That's it... George introduces the house best bits and it's so great to see the highlights. It warms my cockles it does... I forgot all the great fun there's been in that house. The Proposal, The Wedding, The Tasks, The Dressing Up, The Shocker Game, The Treadmill Task, Thriller and so much more... Loved it!

SHOW STARTS:

So who's out first guys?

They're shouting 'GET REX OUT!' already and Davina is in a very spangly number! Good lord, the first vote count is in seven minutes... and here's the ex housemates...

Steph who?

Ooooh Dale be looking GOOD ladies - and Stu too - AAAAAAAAAAggggghhhh!

Luke confirms he and Bex are going out (yay!) and Nicole confirms she still wants REX! Okay, whatever...

Everyone is screaming and chanting for Lisa when she comes out, she's super-popular and... hang on, no they're back to chanting GET REX OUT! Didn't last long I'm afraid Lisa...

Mario looks like Rocky in that coat, you know when he goes to Alaska training?

___ Back to the footage from the house ___

Darnell is wandering in the garden and Sara looks across, Rex says that he and Sara are getting close and Sara nods. "I'm really warming to him lately". Yeah really... FLIRT ALERT PEOPLE! She's off again!

Mikey is talking to Rachel and says his main reason for coming on the show was to watch it from the inside... "That may be why I haven't got as involved as some". Rachel says he's been 'involved' as far as she's concerned and she's made the experience special for her...

Rex is making his toast, he makes it for those who have left and toasts his father for molding him into a nice guy. "I love him very much, he's my hero".. Rachel says she's "had a wonderful time, she wouldn't change it and she loves them all so much - go Disney!"

Mikey is super-sweet when he says he's seen a different side to Rex this week (regardless of their differences) and although friends take 20 or 30 years to make, he's surprised that he has made a friend like Rachel (she tears up). Sara has loved her experience and wants to keep in touch with everyone there. Darnell has learned a lot and has felt every emotion - he is thankful to those in the house for showing HIM not to label people (as he asks not to be labeled himself)

The housemates are dancing after the party..

Rex is not impressed and thinks it's a poor effort by Big Brother. "They've gave us one bottle of Cava and a botle of white between five of us! It sucks! Big Brother you've let us down..."

I will always love you plays out (and I love Rachel but 'ouch' the girl can't sing! Meow!)

They make a cirlce and sway, but Rex doesn't join in...

BACK TO DAVINA, OUT FIRST IS... DARNELL!

Darnell is first out and he climbs the stairs with the hobby horse and a towel covering his skirt? Yes, you heard me, his skirt. It's a mixed reaction, but by the time he gets to the bottom of the stairs they're cheering and chanting his name. He grabs Davina for an enormous hug! He spots his fellow housemates and goes mental! (Waving and screaming) - Wooohooooo!

THE INTERVIEW:

Everybody is cheering and he says he has had a great time, "before I say anything, the housemates said you were a stunning, gorgeous woman and ..." He points, the crowd cheer... Davina thanks him.

She asks Darnell about his feelings in the house, with regard to his 'constant dark mood'. We see Darnell saying constantly "I hate myself" and Kat wanting him to be happy.. Davina asks if enough people will love him will he learn to love yourself? Darnell nods "hell yeah!"

"It's pathetic for a 26 year old man to act like that, I think I just need a big ass hug!"

Davina asks about Sara (the crowd boo) and Darnell says he loves to hug and 'spoon' ("as long as I'm the big spoon") - Davina points out that everyone think he really likes Sara. "You would wouldn't you?" Darnell replies, "would what...?"

It's too early for Davina to be graphic so she tries to explain, Darnell interupts, "I like pizza and I hear Sara like pizza, so I would take her out for some pizza!" Yeah, course you would!

Darnell admits that when he was horrible to Sara it was down to him. "It's a Darnell issue, not a Stuart issue and I'm a man, I can take responsibility for what I do. I'm not perfect and never said I am... Like I said before, I can't love until I love myself". The crowd cheer...

"I've only been in this country a year and a half and I'm glad to call this country home, I'd like to thank the nation for accepting me!"

Good interview Darnell, you came out smelling of rosies!

HOLY COW!
DAVINA'S RIGHT BACK TO THE HOUSE...

REX IS OUT! REX IS OUT!

(SORRY TRASHERS)
READY YOUR EARS PEOPLE!

THE CROWD BOOOOOOOOOOS AND SOMEONE THROWS SOMETHING AT HIM ON THE PODIUM!

He's posing and posing for the paps, waves to Nicole, poses some more... What on earth is he wearing by the way?

THE INTERVIEW:

Davina announces Rex and the crowd boo, he says "I love you" to Nicole and they again BOO! The crowd sound like they are chanting 'VEGAS' (possibly where the alleged cheating incident took place), but Davina brushes over it. "It's totally unrelated... I can't hear what they're saying". If you can't hear Davina, how do you know it's unrelated? Mmmm?

Davina starts the interview. She says that to entertain himself, Rex wound people up, it was all at other people's expense...

The VT runs and we see Rex as part of paintgate, Rex kicking off, Rex calling people names, Rex winding them up and Rex is laughing all the way through. "He says if you take Big Brother too seriously then you are on the wrong show". Davina points out that he was quite horrible to people, "yeah they just weren't expectin someone like me on the show!"

"I love winding people up, I live in the kitchen environment and I wind people up all day..."

Davina asks about Mikey saying he was a classic bully, "Oh, Mikey is the grumpiest man in the world"... The crowd boo and Davina points out that he's very popular. Rex starts to look a little uncomfortable, "I know, I know!" he adds.

When Davina asks about Nicole (and his treatment of her), Rex says that's how they are. He "loves arguing and winding people up. I could be myself a lot more when she wasn't there, but I could be like I am with her (when she was there)".

THE CROWD BOOS AND HE BOOS BACK...
"BOO, I'M LOUDER THAN YOU!"

Davina advises him that he's a bit of a show off and a brag when it comes to possesions. Rex says that he's learned to take more care when talking about all the things he has, "yeah, people don't like it. Although I like talking about the things I have worked VERY hard for".

He again thanks his father for making him the person he is and thinks Sara will win. "Only because it would be completely random as she came in half way.."

Well he came across just how we thought didn't he?

WE'RE BACK TO THE HOUSE AGAIN...
LORD!

SARA IS OUT THIRD!

Mikey nearly falls over to congratulate her...

(At least she gets her £25,000 eh? I really thought Rex would be top 2? It just goes to show that you never know with Big Bro)

Sara thinks it's great that it's down to Mikey and Rachel, "because you're so close. That's just so sweet". Mikey is the first to say that he'll be so pleased if Rachel wins.

Davina gives her familiar call and Sara says her goodbyes. She climbs the stairs... (looking stunning in leapard print) - The crowd cheer and cheer, no boos for flirty gerty. I am surprised! The paps go mental, mens magazines everywhere are calling her agent right now!

THE INTERVIEW:

Sara loved her reception, "I thought it was amazing. I was so scared!" (She was terrified of being booed)

Sara watches the VT of her and Darnell (on... off... on.. off...) - "I feel that me and Darnell are really close and right now we are the closest we ever have been. We've had our bad times, but since that point we've got stronger and stronger". Davina points out that Darnell fancies her, "you know that don't you? So do you think that your behaviour was wrong..." Sara shakes her head, "I'm naturally flirty anyway".

Davina asks if their relationship could be more than friendship? Sara bows her head and won't commit to a straight answer. "Aaagh! I'm so confused..." I think Davina knows where this is going... "I'll look forward to hearing about it in OK then..." Mmmm... You could be right there Davina. Can you say 'grab the cash?' Davina refers to any 'other' love interests in the house (Stu?), but Sara's having none of it. "I'm just so confused right now???" What a dodge that line is.

Sara hopes that Mikey wins as he is so direct, a good friend and 'funny'. She's so shocked that she made it to the final day and can't believe it. "I guess to get to the final day, my voice isn't that annoying and I'm not that irritating".

RIGHT THAT'S IT...
AFTER WEEKS OF WAITING, THE WINNER IS...

RACHEL!

She squeals and hugs poor Mikey's head off! "I love you, thank you so much everyone!". Mikey shouts that he's so happy Rachel won. He leaves the house and get's rapturous applause. The whole crowd are chanting 'MIKEY, MIKEY, MIKEY!"

Davina leads Mikey to the paps for some posing (the crowd chant while he poses - they love him). Next, Davina points out where his fellow housemates are and he whoops and cheers... Good on you Mikey - Go on lad!

THE INTERVIEW:

The first thing he does is congratulate Rachel. Davina asks is he is disappointed. He shakes his head, "no, I'm glad Rachel won. It annoyed me as people said she was a fraud and I knew she wasn't. She was just genuinely nice and she treated me well. Although she sits on the fence, that's just Rachel".

Davina exclaims that he is one person who did NOT sit on the fence. She shows Mikey the VT of him 'telling it like it is'. He cracks up laughing and so do all of his housemates. "I've always been like that. You can ask anyone in work, I'm like that... and I've stood up to al the bullies in the house this year!" The crowd erupt! "The main bully in the house was Alex".

"I didn't go in the house to make friends, but I was glad to find a friend like Rachel. I know people will say a big story for me will be me and Rex, but my opinion of him changed this week. Well it did until last night. I was disappointed that he was moaning and saying he was bored and wanted more alcohol". The crowd boo Rex...

Mikey says his favourite task was last weeks casino task. "Everyone was putting their money in and then I was the only one left and it all came down to me. Everyone was routing for me and hugging at the end".

He watches his best bits and sees Rachel describe him as 'like a brother'. What a great way to end the experience eh Mikey? Nuff said - he's smiling from ear to ear. The crowd can't stop chanting for him.

TIME FOR THE WINNER:

Good lord Rachel got 51.3% of the whole vote! I guess good girls don't finish last...

She climbs the stairs and I'm worried as the crowd has been booing her all night. Fortunately she leaves to cheers (the fireworks are drowning out any boos anyway).

She can't believe it and shouts 'thankyou all' over and over. She's literally jumping up and down.

"These things just don't happen it's not normal. I dreamed it, but then to actually win". Davina says it was so close between her and Mikey, "oh, I love Mikey, I love him". She waves and Mikey cheers... She shouts to Kat and squeals. When Davina asks about Kat, Rachel explains that it may just be in the house to those in the outside world. But she points out that in there it's totally different, "it breaks your heart".

Davina asks about her 'sitting on the fence'. "Why did you have an opinion in the diary room, but not in the house?" Rachel replies, "I knew that when I heard people talk about me it hurt. I spoke in the diary room because no one could hear me. That way no one gets hurt".

Mrs McCall asks about Mario, "Lisa thought you fancied him and maybe that's why you didn't get on so well. Do you?" Rachel looks coy, "if I was forty, he's a very attractive man". Mario waves (and so does Lisa) - all friends now eh?

Davina reveals that many of the housemates thought she was 'fake' after they saw (and spoke about) her entrance video. Rex thought she was full of it, Lisa thought she had something to hide and "Luke said you had a gameplan!" - Luke stands up and shouts, "she did, she's won the money!" He applaudes her efforts...

Finally Davina asks what Rachel has learned. "Well apart from what you can do with chickpeas and rice... Believe in yourself. I've learned that no matter how much people attack you, if you truly know who you are you believe in yourself. I'm not fake, I know who I am".

Well done Rach, you really were 'nice'.
I'm not sure if that means you should have won, but I'll leave that up to my visitors to decide and I'll sit on the fence for once. LOL!

UPDATED: The Last Day...

You would think that the housemates would be thinking about what they'll be doing tomorrow, what huge events have taken place in their absence and how fabulous the wrap party will be tonight, but they're actually considering their fellow (ex) housemates instead (which is rather nice really isn't it...)

It's been a slow morning as the housemates have all decided to chill out in bed (theyre still there), but they did have a natter about their old pals and the main subject of conversation was whether Dale and Jen are still together?

Has some one brought peace to the world, have all wars ended, has famine been eradicated? All subjects they seemed to miss... Have Jen and Dale made it? - Far more important a question (ahem!)

Silly housemates!

UPDATE: TASK - THE TASTE TEST!

Oooh, they have a task. Bet they thought they could just spend the day getting ready eh?

Rex left the diary room... "This is your final task ladies and gentlemen. Today housemates' taste buds will be put to the test in a series of taste tests... Housemates wil be called to the diary room one by one".

Mikey folded his arms, "Rex is at a distinct advantage here". Hasn't that been the case for the whole show Mikey?

"That's like the most biased task I've ever seen in my whole life," shouted Darnell. "Imagine if they said 'for today's Task, housemates are required to sing. Whoever sounds the best will get a special reward'".

"Yeah, we could have one where everyone has to speak in an Australian accent," Sara smiled, "or the person who can eat the most grapes," she added, pointing to Rachel.

Rex shook his head...
"I haven't got an upper hand on this".

WHAT A CROCK!
But then again, didn't Darnell have an advantage during the rap task? They've all had an advantage at some point... (thanks for making me think yvonne...)

WOOHOO! IT'S FINAL DAY!

After all their tasks, dressing up, double dealing, nominating, backstabbing, flirting, dancing, singing, gambling, hoping, moneygrabbing, loving, cooking, laughing, stealing, crying, arguing, cheating and lying, it's time to finally find out who makes it to the top spot.

I'll be here to blog the action all day, but don't forget to join me for that ALL IMPORTANT FINAL tonight. As always the LIVE BLOG will run during and after the show.

Catch Up - Day 91

Day 91

10:48am - Last night, Kathreya and Mohamed were evicted from the Big Brother house. Rachel is in bed, wiping away tears from her eyes. Rex is in the Diary Room. He says the remaining housemates are feeling "pretty special" to have made it to the final, but are a "strange group of people" and not who he thought would be in the final five. Rex says he's loved the Big Brother experience, and that he's learned to enjoy his own company. "It's opened a lot of emotional sides to myself … that I had shut down".

11:52am - Mikey is sat at the dining table talking to Rachel. He says that if in 30 years' time there's a cure for his blindness and he could look at a picture of all the housemates, he's not sure he would know visually who everyone was. Rex joins the conversation and asks if Michael would know what he looked like. Rachel says to Mikey "he's got red hair…" Rex gets annoyed at this and says his hair is "strawberry blonde". Darnell hears this and starts laughing, teasing Rex for calling his hair strawberry blonde. Rex calls Darnell a "c**khead".

12:11pm - The housemates have been gathered on the sofas, and Big Brother is playing crowd noise into the house. The housemates are nervous and start to speculate that there might be another eviction. Big Brother then tells each of the housemates to stand up, calling their names one by one. Big Brother then says "Housemates, as you know you are the remaining five housemates in the Big Brother house. Big Brother would like to congratulate all of you and wish you luck for Friday's final". The housemates scream and hug each other.

1:33pm - The housemates have been given a task to each rap about their time in the Big Brother house. They must include references about their favourite and least favourite housemates and memories. If they complete this task to Big Brother's satisfaction they will be rewarded with an opportunity to watch an episode of Big Brother. The housemates all start to rehearse their raps. Sara is in the bedroom, laughing as she tries to write lyrics, saying "I can't do this!" She then rhymes "in the UK" with "I say" then says "oh that's brilliant Sara!"

2:52pm - The housemates are in their costumes for the rap task. Darnell is first to perform his rap, then Rachel, then Mikey. Mikey attempts to breakdance during his rap. Sara and Rex then perform their raps.

3:58pm - Sara and Rex are at the ashtray talking about what happens when they leave the house and are interviewed. Darnell and Mikey are talking at the sofas. Mikey is talking about playing "beeper ball", a form of baseball for the blind. Darnell says he played beeper ball when he went to a blind summer camp. He says he felt bad as he was able to see the ball. Darnell says that his problem is that he's "not blind enough for blind people" but "too blind for sighted people". He goes on to compare this to not being "black enough for black people" but too black to be accepted by white people. "That's why I'm always so p*ssed off all the time" concludes Darnell.

Rachel is in the Diary Room. She says it was hard waking up to a house without Kathreya. Rachel says she's going to miss everything about the Big Brother house when she leaves. She then lists everything she will miss including the chats, running around the garden, the cameras, the Diary Room, the spiders, the moths, the stairs. "I'm even going to miss the cutlery" she says.

5:52pm - The housemates have been gathered on the sofas to hear the result of the rap task. Big Brother tells them they have passed. They then have to decide which episode they want to watch: the first episode where they enter the house, episode 7 with the electric shock task, or episode 55 with the cops and robbers task. Rex says he wants to see the first one, but the others decide that as Sara is only in the cops and robbers episode they should choose that. Rex goes to the Diary Room to tell Big Brother their choice. "That's the one the house has chosen .. I didn't".

6:01pm - The housemates are at the sofas ready to watch the episode of Big Brother they have selected. They all get excited when it starts. Mikey says "I love Big Brother! It's the best show ever". They watch the episode. Rachel looks shocked to see Luke telling Stuart at one point that he thought Rachel was "lying through her teeth".

7:31pm - Sara and Rex are talking at the ashtray. Rex says he can't wait for people to see him in real life as he thinks he doesn't look as good on camera as he normally does. He and Sara say they can't wait to spend all of Friday getting ready for the eviction. Darnell is in the Diary Room. He said he enjoyed watching the episode. "I feel like a TV guy now, a TV dude". Big Brother asks how he's found his time in the house. Darnell likens his experience to his slippers, which were brand new when he entered the house and are now "tattered, mangled, beaten, banged up". "That's how I feel" he says. Darnell says if he could change anything he wouldn't have been "mean to Sara". He says being on Big Brother has been his "proudest moment". "I'm so happy" he says.

9:33pm - Darnell and Sara are on the sofas with a blanket covering them. Darnell tells Sara that she was "so funny" doing her rap. "It was just the cutest thing" he says. Darnell says that in her rap costume Sara looked like a girl he "hung out with when I was 15 … like you rode over on your bike to my house". Darnell then tells Sara that she should feel good leaving the house and that what she has learned about herself would include "you're clumsy as f**k and can't sing at all". Rex pulls the blanket off Sara and Darnell. Rachel asks "is that spooning then guys?"

9:47pm - Sara is in the Diary Room. She says that Big Brother has been "the time of my life" and that she's never had so much fun. "I can't believe it's going to be over" she says, adding that she'll miss everything about the experience. "You're not going to get this much fun in your normal life that's for sure".

10.17pm -All of the housemates are in the bathroom. Darnell and Sara are holding hands and sitting close together facing each other. Rex, who is sitting right next to them, tells them to "stop being weird". Sara asks Darnell to sing to her so he does as she smiles at him. Sara then says that she is going to go to bed, and the pair hug. Darnell closes his eyes as he hugs Sara and tenderly rubs her back. Sara is looking at Rex who is waving his finger at her, and says her and Darnell are "weird" when they have had some alcohol. Sara denies this and says that she has been closer with Darnell since they made up following their fight recently.

10.59pm -Michael is in the Diary Room. He says that the highlight of the day for him was watching the episode of the show. He says he is sad that next week he won't be on TV anymore, and just by entering the house, he has achieved a life ambition at the age of thirty three. Michael says he will be more independent when he leaves the house, including doing more washing, ironing and cooking every day. He is proud of the fact that he has stood up to people, been "quite funny and spoke my mind". Mikey says he has shown exactly who he is and if anyone doubts that then they should speak to people who knew him before he lost his sight. He says he is totally the same person and would challenge anyone who said differently.

12.01am - Darnell and Rex are in the bedroom and have been talking about Sara for the past nine minutes.
Rex says to Darnell that he will understand what to do about his relationship with Sara once they leave the house. Darnell says he feels comfortable around her and Rex says that's an "amazing start".

In the garden, Michael tells Rachel that he is doubtful he will stay in touch with most of his fellow housemates once they leave the house. Rachel says she will miss everyone, probably including the people who didn't like her. Michael says he won't.

Back in the bedroom, Rex tells Darnell that the best thing he could do with Sara is to keep their relationship "as friends". Darnell agrees with this advice. Rex tells him not to do "anything stupid" in the last few days in the house and see what happens once they leave. Rex then says he thinks he will be the first person to leave on the finale, Darnell disagrees and thinks it will be him. Rex thinks that Darnell will be in the top two to which Darnell disagrees as he feels he has complained, been less appealing in the last few weeks and been a hypocrite. Rex says that this makes Darnell a real person, not someone who is fake. Rex says "This is not about being good, it's about being real and voicing your opinions".

UPDATED: Eye Eye!

Poor Darnell...

After complaining of pain in his eye, he's discovered that he's scratched his eyeball and had to see an optometrist in the diary room.

Now he has to wear a patch and both he and the housemates are playing at being 'Jack Sparrow' and as they enjoy their meal, they're shouting 'Arrrrrr!' like pirates to each other. They are a funny bunch aren't they?!

Updated: A Bit Of A Doo...

After this afternoon's party games, Big Brother's continued to be kind (I'm beginning to get suspicious!)

He's treating the housemates to 'a bit of a doo'... and they're getting dressed up to the nines as we speak...

I'd like to say it's a very elegant affair, as Sara and Rex look super-classy in a black number (respectively) and shirt, trousers and braces. However, Mikey is wearing a check shirt and neckerchief and Darnell is in his hoodie, so I'm not sure if they're really getting into the swing of things along with our dressed up duo, or should I say trio (Rachel's scrubbed up well too!)

Big Brother has given the housemates some alcohol and a three course meal and they have been instructed to have a round of speeches during their food so they can share their feeling about their experience.

"Big Brother would like to thank the housemates for their contribution and hoped that they have had a great time in the house".

Party Games!

Big Brother is in fine spirits today and is all ready for some party fun before tomorrow's final!

It's been a quiet morning, but after the housemates started looking extremely BORED, Big Brother advised that they gather in the living area.

He has since offered them an afternoon of party games and has started with a turn of Big Brother says... (stand up, sit down..) and now it's musical chairs.

UPDATE: 14.40

Now they are playing scavenger hunt. Big Brother has hidden some treats within the house and he's calling 'hot' and 'cold' to the housemates as they search... Sara has just found a pack of cigarettes behind Mr Swan (the tap). Wonder what's next?

FINAL PREPERATIONS...

Morning!

Just wanted to to let you know that the guestbook and comments are closed until 2pm so we can prepare for today's lead up and tomorrow's final without interuption - woohooo!
